SHIPPING TIMES
When you place an order through our store, it is processed and shipped within 24–48 hours by our team.
It is important to note that “shipping” refers to the departure of your items from our suppliers’ warehouses and their handover to the carrier. Delivery itself may take between 7 and 14 business days.
If you are located outside Europe, please allow a few additional days for your order to arrive.
Although 95% of our packages are delivered within 10 days, delivery may take up to 3 to 5 weeks in cases of force majeure or exceptional circumstances, such as unforeseen events, stock shortages (due to the popularity of some of our products), adverse weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control.
If the delivery time seems long, don't worry. You can track the progress of your order at any time on our ORDER TRACKING page.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION
When you place an order containing different products, several of our suppliers may be involved.
In addition, to help you avoid high shipping costs caused by excessive shipment weight, different items from the same order may be shipped separately.
It is therefore completely normal for you to receive your items individually and at different times.
